Bug Report: Aircraft land on runways without hangars

Post by hermanhum »

Aircraft land on runways without hangars

Aircraft are now able to land on Runways without the need for associated aircraft handling facilities like hangars/revetments to hold them.

Previously, in 3.6.3, aircraft could only land if there was an aircraft storage facility grouped with the Runway. Currently, Runways have no aircraft storage capacity value, yet they are allowed to store planes in ANW.

Is this an intentional new behavior or a new bug?

This is intentional new behaviour to model real life behaviour. Aircraft stored this way on a runway will be much more susceptible to being destroyed on the ground during an air raid though.
