Boxed Version

Post by Bloodybucket28th »

Is this shipping yet, and has it been available since June 13th?

I'm considering going the digital download route and canceling the wife's Father's day order (not direct from Matrix).

Of course, I could do the download and keep the other copy for a future gift...if it ever shows up.[>:]

I'll send a PM with the info.  I don't want to knock anybody because of what might be a simple shipping mixup.  They did advise me as of yesterday the game wasn't shipped from Matrix yet, but that might simply mean they haven't got copies to forward.

Hmmm. now its the 24th and the last contact I had said the game hadn't shipped yet, and I would get another report on Friday the 23rd on availability. That was on the 21st, and I have yet to hear further.

Has the boxed version been shipping since the 13th? I'm starting to think my bride made a mistake not odering direct.

Bucket,

I know it took some time for us to receive any copies from DR and we ship to the vendors, so it's possible their copies haven't arrived yet. I'll check with Dave on Monday to see what the situation is, there's not much I can do on this over the weekend unfortunately.

Fair enough, I was just wondering why some folks seemed to be getting copies already....It's strictly a case of me pouting because the AARs look so cool![:@]  No, I am not spoiled!  Not, not, not![:@][:@][:@] I'll just remind myself that what does not kill me makes me stronger, that a stitch in time saves nine, and that for the want of a nail the shoe was lost, and that a red sky at night is a sailor's delight...[:'(]  and one day my game will come.[&o]

Hi, I just emailed you about your order. We did find out what was happening from David H, Pres. of Matrix. CD versions didnt start shipping until a few days ago. Matrix is just waiting for their warehouse shipments to arrive from the production company. They were due to arrive there already but it seems the bad weather near their region might have delayed their shipments. With 4 major releases in a very short amount of time and Origins going on this week obviously things are going a bit nuts for Matrix. We do expect our first shipment to arrive from the Matrix warehouse very shortly and will keep you posted with any updates. We are staying in constant communications with Matrix to keep our customers updated.

In appreciation for those of you who ordered from us at NWS, and for your show of support, we will toss in a free game with your order upon emailed request.

Thanks.

Well, you can't control the weather (unless you use the editor in TOAWIII, I assume).

Thanks, NWS and Matrix for the info. I'll live without TOAWIII for awhile longer. As far as the free game goes, send it along and I'll donate it to Toys for Tots (yes, they have teenage kids who need gifts, too).

Well if misery loves company, take comfort in the fact that I am also waiting for my copy. I am confident that I will be a stronger and better human being after the anquish of waiting is finally over. At least that is what I keep telling myself.[:(]

Hi guys, make sure to email us if you want a free game shipped with your order this way I can hand it off to my shipping person. Good news though, another Matrix title we have been waiting on did show up today at Matrix so Im figuring that more shipments will be arriving at the Matrix warehouse anytime now. This is good timing also as the first patch is being readied for posting for TOAW3 regarding the unit reconstitution bug. I have also sent over various reports regarding air strikes to the dev team and they have been very responsive. Point being, we have offered any assistance we can give them from our team at NWS.

OH JOY! I have been thinking of nothing else than how to attack the Germans at Tannenberg for the last couple of weeks.
