AI Transport scam/bug

The AI as Allies has a bad habit in every game so far, of not needing or sending transports to fetch those faraway resources. Even during the turns that I scrub the Atlantic and Indian Oceans squeaky clean of any Allied transports, the resources beam themselves to Allied factories. Looks like a major bug to me....[:-]

Are you sure they aren't already stored up at the locations that are cutoff? There's no intended cheat to allow resources to beam and we don't know of a bug in this area.

Actually this is an issue that I solved in my mod Franco's Alliance. I changed the data files so that resources in South America and Africa require transports to pick them up and run them back to factories. Without that change, the resources in South America trace by land right up through Mexico into the US.
