Defensive stats by position error?

Playing 1.17 I noticed that the player cards in the almanac do not have the correct defensive stats by position correctly listed for players who played multiple positions. It will have his complete stat line for each position although the GP by position is correct.

Is this a bug or just the way puresim tracks defensive stats?

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the design. There should be verbiage on the page that indicates that the totals are displayed.
