Update patch v1.10

Why, after buying C of G from Play.com and installing it with the serial number on the back of the booklet can I not install patch v1.10 with the same serial number?

We, merely developers, don't have anything to do with the distribution of serial numbers and will have to let one of people from Matrix address this.  You might try emailing Matrix support directly or possibly try posting this on the general support forum.
