Aircraft Weapons Load and Reload

Post by allans »

1) This is most strange: In the scenario called lynch pin RED, none
and I mean none of the aircraft on the Nato side contain any reloads of
any kind. ANY plane that runs out of ammo is reloaded as minimal. Is
this what the scenario designer intended - no reloads available of any
kind for any plane?

2) Pls explain how to edit the magazine content with scenario
editor. I can add planes and change types but I cannot seem to add
weapons to the store or increase the number available to be reloaded.

Thank you very much,

Lots of the Official Scenarios suffer from this problem. Many of the ammo dumps were left in their original H2 status and thus remained unloaded when ANW was released.

To use the ScenEdit, open the file with SE and then select the base where you wish to add weapons.

Select the Unit display. [Toggle '9' with NumLock Off].

To determine which of the individual facilities on the base actually holds the magazines, you can select each facility and then hit F5 [Logistics]. The window allocation from that point should be self-explanatory.

Bravo for you to venture into Scenario Editing.

Or you could turn aircraft logistics off in your configuration when you play those scenarios. You'll just have unlimited everything which you may or may not want.

I have generally used that solution. Not realistic... but a lot of fun. :)
