The scenario was AEGEAN by Stephen Mills using DB2k, H3 3.7.0.0
I commanded the Greeks while Brad drove the Turkish ships.
The scenario opened to confined waters and some fast patrol groups. Anxiously I searched for aircraft to find none! Ouch, without my E-2C I'm a sitting duck.
My strategy was to scoot around with two of my groups emitting and my other two groups silent.
Brad's strategy was to blend with the merchants and pick me off solely based on the speed of my units.
Based on the strategies the conclusion should be obvious, Brad killed 7 of my ships while I killed only three of his. Victory was granted to Brad, six sunken enemy ships was his goal. Some misguided Exocents that I fired killed a merhant, they weren't even BOL or aimed in the direction of the merchant, oh well.
The Nav bug hit both Brad and I but it hit Brad much harder, I was using manual plots that didn't trigger any craziness.
In the end this was very enjoyable, I was worried at the outset it would be a fruitless search.
