i bought Panzer Command from you and i received serial number. when i install game i give this number.
when i'd like to play this game i received info:

This product's serial number is either invalid or has not been properly authorized.
please contact Matrix games support support@matrixgames.com to report this error.

can you help me? i send to you mail and i don't answer yet.
i wait week on answer.

If you bought directly through our e-store you can go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password, or you can go to our E-Store at   http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp and click on "Store FAQs", once there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. There you can verify if you have the correct number.

When you enter the serial number make sure include the dashes "-"

Are you putting it in with the dashes between the numbers?
