not sure if this belongs here... running 1.18..started a real player career league in 1900.in 1901 I added 8 teams(al). None of the expansion teams picked any players in the fa period even though they had tons of cash(most of the teams were made up of 500 dollar scrubs)

Anything I'm doing wrong here with my expansion setup?
