Newbie question on pitchers endurance

Is there any way to tell when starters in particular are tiring in game? I guess there's no "visit mound" option but any tips would be helpful. Looks like a very good game, by the way.

Two ways:
 
1.  Check the speed of the fastball.  It will start decreasing when tired.
2.  On the lineup screen you can see the number of pitches thrown and use that as a gauge.
