Language SDK Available

Post by ralphtricky »

The Beta of the Language SDK is now available in the Member's area.

This version of the language SDK allows you to translate TOAW into most of the European languages. It currently has the source files for French, German, Italian and Polish.

We hope to expand this to cover other languages in the future.

This also may be helpful if you want to do a total coversion effort similar to the Lord of the Rings scenario.

Since this is Beta software, support is only available in the public Beta Feedback area of the Matrix Forum.

If you are interested in translating TOAW into another language, or in updating/modifying existing languages, please contact Jamiam or RalphTrick on the Matrix forum before starting so that we can coordinate efforts.

Thanks,
Ralph Trickey

I would like to prepare a modification of English.DLL for my "Forgotten Battles" scenarios. I would like to change some terrain names, equipment names and unit's types. But there is only an instruction of translating to other languages :(. Can you help me, Ralph?
Ralph - please, give my the composite units!
