Surrender

Post by benpark »

Is surrender an option (Elmer or humane human) for completely hopeless units faced with no supply/overwhelming odds in TOAWIII? I loved TOAW-CoW, but I never understood why surrender was never accounted for an operational level game. SSG added it for their Battles in Italy, I hope if it's not in TOAWIII, it's possible in some manner.

If the units have no supply and are hopelessly outnumbered, then...attack them. When they evaporate, they've surrendered...[;)]

Yeah. You will often find that surrounded units in bad condition will not inflict any casualties at all on the attacker- especially if you get an RBC. That could be seen as a surrender.

"Absolutely nothing."
