F4/F5 is not listed as a currently working feature. It was in the "Unsupported Features for Power Users" for CoW previously. We put it in the manual in anticipation of fixing it before release, but didn't get to it. We listed it in the Whatsnew as an improperly functioning feature that should be used with caution, if at all. Thus, it is not a bug...[;)]

However, to answer your question, yes, it is something that we are trying to get sorted out.

Good news. This isn't very important, but it could save my times when I upgrade my scenarios to TOAW3 standard
