looks good honda, try it cajun style sometimes, dig a hole in the ground and pit roast that hog, it (the meat) will pull off the bone and finger licking good!!!!! [;)]

Of course you haven't dined until you have had cajun duck in a pickle jar!!!!!

As for bbq of pork, we have a Hawaiian friend that buries the pig in the ground using lava rock {he counts the rocks at the end to make sure he has them all} that has been used by his family for generations.  Comes out great.  The only change in his recipe is that he no longer uses shovels and sweat to dig the hole...he uses my dad's tractor!
