Patch for original BTR

Whilst I wait for the new BTR I managed to get my copy of the original working. I wonder if someone could tell me how to patch thwe original and if there is a data editor for it. I tried to PM all the people in the previous thread who said they had it - but am not sure that I did it right.

As this question seem to reappear from time to time it might be better to pin this thread on top of the forum just in case another BTR user needs the latest patches.
