first what level if at all of production and industry is for the Japs?

And does Japan or the Allies have any ships that do the Chitose/Chiyoda of WITP where if they stay in such and such a port then they convert to X type of ship?

He's talking about the automatic conversion of Chitose/Chiyoda from CS to CVL, and Ise/Hyuga from BB to BBCV.

However The Dude, there are plans to create production on versions of the campaigns (actually in development for the 1.3 patch), which I am hoping should be out by late August or September. So, if that is what you would like to get the game, then I suggest check back then and see if it WPO would be more to your liking.
