Pliot Experience

In May 1942, I think the IJN pilots are much more experienced than the USN pilot, is it true? I wonder why, in the game, the experience of IJN pilots is around 80, while that of USN pilots is 78, so close!

Depends on the carrier, the Lexington and Yorktown were probably the best USN air groups. Hornet and Wasp, not so much.
