Changing sides on PBEM before game?

Hi,
I did not know where to put this post. I was just wondering if there was a way to switch sides when setting up a PBEM game.

There isn't. Whoever is going to be the first force has to begin the game.
To repeat history in a game is to be predictable.

Only way I know of to switch sides in a PBEM game is to trade passwords with your opponent and use the honor system for the rest of the game.
