How much ram is required for a single player? Does anyone know?

I am getting by with only 384mB and 1.6gHz processor, but my computer runs quite slowly even on the moderately sized games.  I haven't even tried to run a Monster-sized scenario.  [;)]

Matrix spec'd Game Requirements:

* Windows 98/2000/XP
* 800 MHz CPU (1 GHz+ Recommended)
* 512 MB RAM (1 GB Recommended)
* 32 MB Video Card (64 MB Preferred)
* 16 bit Sound Card (DirectX 8+ Compatible)
* 80 MB free, uncompressed Hard Drive space
* Windows compatible Mouse
* DirectX 9+

Reality.. Can get buy with a little less but good to be in spec.
