Bug or feature for 1.26?

I had a deadball association going and proceeded to 1910 just after patching with 1.26 and now all the pitchers have stuff ratings of 50-52, dropping from stuff ratings of 60-100.

I just went into 1908 in a historical association, early import, running 1.25, and the same thing happened to me--all the pitchers dropped to a rating in the 50s, even the hotshots like Christy Mathewson.

Is George Curry in that association with a stuff rating of 100?

That's right...George Curry is the only guy who has stuff over 53. He has 100 stuff, but 5 velocity and 5 control. Are we the only ones. Maybe it's just a deadball era thing.

Ever since I force-retired Curry (he only played one season historically, anyway), everything has been back to normal.
