Prospects Ratings

I am working on doing a 35 man opening day rosters, with top prospects
for each team (i will be sharing this file with eveyone, once completed)

I am just wondering if am doing the prospects ratings correctly, i purchased several books trying to come up with ratings, i still dont understand the potential rating

Here are some prospects i have done already

any thoughts would be appericated

I'm the last person to ask, but with ratings already pretty high, and top of the line potential, these guys will be studs.  Remember, that once a players ratings are in the 70's or above, that means they are ready for the big leagues (kind of a general assumption).  If these are prospects still in the minors, you may want to tome their ratings down a bit.
