Old Blue angels, the distance the planes are spaced match the actual spacing during the airshows!
There was a reason they painted #4 plane's tail black!

This game does not have a learning curve. It has a learning cliff.

Wildcat

Gonna hafta second guess on this one - looks like a TBM/TBF to me. To confirm look two pictures above the original position of this one where you can see the long greenhouse canopy and the round ball turret. Also, no wheelwell in the nose cowl on this one.
Very cool pictures! Gotta go there.
I really like the cutaway PBY!
Thanks!

Definitely an Avenger. It's too big to be a Wildcat...

RE: National Museum of Naval Aviation
 It definately worth the visit.

Not only a collection of aircraft second only the USAF Museum in Dayton, OH.  But it's also worth the trip just to see the "admiral's models" of the USN CVs.  Not sure what they're officially called, but they have huge models (as in, to scale the USS G. Bush is about 9' long) of many of the USN carriers.  From Langly to Essex to Bush.  And a very good library there as well (I had lost track of time, and noticed over an hour had gone by).

Definately worth the visit.

 Howdy,

I will definitely enjoy the Naval Aviation stuff more than the USAAF one! [:D]Silly me - it is not in Alabama but Pensacola, Florida.[:D] Humm Florida - there is a Disneyland somewhere there? Might be a good reason to visit there using the kid as a reason![:D]

RE: National Museum of Naval Aviation
Cannot believe that it is FREE!  I would be scared to walk in the model and/or book store!
