scenerio conversion

Can someone walk me through the process of converting a downloaded scenerio from The Rugged Defense site to play in TOAW III? I only have TOAW III and have never played before on any other versions. How does one use the editor ? How many versions are there. i. e. TOAW I, II and III. What is COW in relation to these? I love the game and especially the monster scenerios such as FITE. Cant wait to try some of the other "biggies" in PBEM.

That depends on what version the scenario is designed for. If it's for ACOW you can just open it up in the editor on TOAW3 and save, there might be some errors from the conversion but you'll have to talk to someone who knows more about what's under the hood on that. I had a couple of disastrous experiences with that so far, which ones are you considering? If it's from TOAW 1,2, it has to be saved in ACOW first.
