Here's another anomaly I'm curious about, though I saw it in previous versions of TOAW:

In the scenario Dragoon '44, the allies start with losses already incurred on their forces. This frequently involves naval assets, all of which are supplied. There is a pestilence level set on turn 1, but it is for Force 2 (the axis) and it's at a very small level, but this appears to be the same level of attrition that Allied units are experiencing inbetween turns.

Even if this event is turned off in the event editor, it still appears to be active. Any idea what's going on?

Nevermind.  There is a force pestilence level set for the Allies.  I'm not sure as to the reasoning of it, and it's not mentioned in the scenario briefing, but there it is.
