Failed to download game

Bought the game Sunday night. Left the computer to downlad while I had dinner and stuff. Came back and the PC had restarted and I can not find the downloaded file. No idea what happened but I need to download the game again.

I have my email with the serial number. When I check dowloads they are all patches and not the game.

Help?

You might try e-mailing Matrix support directly if you haven't done so.  West-Civ doesn't have anything to do with the download process, so unfortunately I'm personally unable to give you any help with this.

You can retrieve the link at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase (try even if the timeframe has already elapsed). Please go to our E-Store at http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp  and click on "Store FAQs", there check the "I need help downloading." link.  Or go to www.findmyorder.com   and enter your order number and password. We recommend that you backup software you downloaded to a CD or DVD. By our license agreement you're granted the right to burn one personal backup copy to either CD or DVD or the backup medium of your choice.

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com   It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause and resume them whenever you want.

Am trying to go to the order page and keep getting this error message

I have cookies on and deleted all the cookies before trying to download again.
