Crash with update to 371

[Flankerk]

Updating 3.7 to 3.71 has caused the game to not load on startup.
Under the crash H3 text document I get the following error message :-

It then goes on to list the addresses etc.

Any clues on sorting this appreciated [:)]

I got with Flanker on this and it seems that the patch will screw up an installation if you have moved H3 ANW since installing. We'll be addressing this in the final release of the 3.7.1 patch.
