Allied opponent needed

I am IJN, you are Allies, #15, game is light on rules. I use only two - no sub invasions, and PTs can be used in base hex only.

We can arrange more rules, but frankly I cannot remember the rule list of more than couple items [;)]

If you want some restrictions for IJN on turn one - let me know. You have to let me know otherwise I may do some nasty things. Usually I do 1-3 port attacks, and don't want them resctricted. On the other hand, you're free to give orders to your TFs on open sea + form TFs in Singapore (Force Z was formed before war started).

NO WHINERS, NO QUITTERS. I cannot stress this strongly enough - NO WHINERS and NO QUITTERS. If you can't have 3 of your CVs sunk in a day and take it with the smile DON'T apply. I don't care if you think the game is bugged - it's the same game for both of us. Other than that we play until one player's situation becomes untenable and he surrenders.

Candidates with reliable or multiple mail connections only, please!

FAST players preferred - multiple turns per day in usual circumstances at least in the opening period.

I am keen.....have a job that usually leaves me time to do at least 1 turn a day.....plus I expect that I am in a time zone (Australia) that easilly allows us to send turns back and forth.

aussem don't get me wrong but what's your track record in WITP? I see you only have 27 posts which does NOT have to mean anything. What I want to say is that I am sick of quitters, whiners, dropouts and people who misunderstand basic agreements about the game, and would like to find someone who'll stick thru the game, and won't whine, and will agree with basic rules as outlined above. In other words someone who's on the same page as regards the game as I am.

All fair points....and am not offended....have played a couple of hundred PBEM games of Steel Panthers WAW and never quit....played many games of WIF (f2f) and never quit.....only played a few games of WITP and had two players disappear on me....so understand your frustration/point.....in my first ever game of WITP I got wipped early......lost both my carriers.....I did offer to play on despite this huge set back and am still playing with that guy.....so I am keen to play.....indeed I would like to play two concurrent games.....one with me as the Japs and the other with you as the Japs.....but will settle for one game with me as the US.....I try not to disappoint.
