Noticed

Battlefront features the power of battalion-level combat in some of this period's most bloody and intense conflicts: Saipan, Market Garden, Novorossisk, and Gazala. Players will have realistic control over their soldiers, with a tactical scale just large enough to make a telling difference in the strategic picture.

I don't know if anyone has brought it up yet but I noticed at the Matrix site that all the other SSG games KP,BIN,and BII are in the Game Genre Operational while Battlefront is in the genre Tactical. Will there be that much of a difference in those games and Battlefront? Comments?

Souldn't be a drastic difference. We will be moving Battalions in Battlefront instead of the Regiments in DB. There will be a more diverse OOB to represent the smaller specialised units that were all lumped into the Regiment in DB. There are many new rules as well. It should be a great game and released in a couple of weeks.
