EV 2/Modswap Problem

I dl'ed the enhanced version #2 and tried to load it with modswapper, but my opening screen has returned from 'enhanced version' to the original 'colonel select your game'. I've tried to uninstall ev2 to no avail. Trying to reload it with modswapper results in it telling me the mod is already loaded. Is this a problem, or is this what should happen?

How many copies of the game do you have installed on your system? The problem you describe is usually associated with the ModSwapper being directed (by the Windows Registry entry) to a different install of the game than the one you are operating the ModSwapper from.

It only works with the last copy of the game you installed, unless you change the Registry entry.
