Combat Phase

Post by SledgeFox »

Another question which troubles me...

During combat phase I find it difficult to differ between my (Axis player) and computer player losses.

In Second Front (Amiga Vers.) the Axis losses were displayed in light blue and the Soviet losses in dark blue if my memory serves. So it was easy to see who is losing squads at the moment.

In War In Russia the color is always the same. Is there a way to avoid this?

Thanks, SledgeFox [8D]

I find it very hard too. I would be surprised that there is a way to edit the font colors. The best way I found to differ between Axis and Soviet losses was to learn the nationality of the divisions on the battlefield as much as I could.

You might know also that combat always occur on the same sequence (i.e.: attacker's bombardment..., defender's AT fire..., assault..., and such and such- this info is on the PDF file). This should help you identify the side firing and the one taking the casualties.

I hope it helps...![:)]
