Design help - parking aircraft??

Post by Santa Klaus »

Hi all,

is there any way I can simulate a parked aircraft (on an airfield) in the scenario editor?
I just tried an Ju52, that I immobilized, but in the scenario it won't show up.
Any ideas, hints??
TIA

They used to show up, SK. If they don't now, this is news to me. Immobilizing them may be the problem. New coding could mean just that.

I don't think you can remove the crew either or they end up destroyed. I'll take a look at this myself and let you know...WB

I've never played with the OOB's or cracked the program, so this might be stupid. Try selecting a non-mobile unit, then changing the graphics symbol number to that of a Ju-52. I assume (always dangerous) that movement routines are controled by an aircraft 'flag'. Just from a debugging viewpoint including this flag in a graphics class dosn't make much sense. But the way cool thing about coding is the variety of ways things can be acomplished.
