Morale has sunk among the bomber crews and the Zero drivers are tired and frustrated at their inability to sweep the skies completely clear of enemy resistance.

-Japanese troops are advancing. Minimal resistance is being found, althought enemy subs and aircraft sunk 10 ships up to now. In the air, Zeroes, Nells and Betties devatated again the enemy opposition. The colonial forces lost 28 planes, 16 in A2A and 11 in the ground. On the other side, an unfortunate Ki-48 Sentai failed to find his escort, resulting in 5 planes lost over Clark field to enemy P-40´s. Operational losses are soaring too, more 5 Betties lost to non comabt causes (total op losses in two days, 9 planes)

Yep....the strain is taking it's toll on the Asian Imperialists attempting to steal Uncle Sam's Apple Pie. Machines are breaking down, pilots are crying in their sake.......Imperial soldiers are requesting transfer to Korea rather than advance on Doug "GOD" MacArthur's valient forces.

-Japanese troops disembarked in Brunei. Opposition was minimal, some Dutch subs achieved some success against transports but also suffered heavy damage in the hands of IJN escorts. In the air, enemy opposition is very weak, Japan is taking more losses from op causes than from enemy forces.

-Japanese fighters are easily sweeping the enemy opposition, keeping a kill ratio above 7:1. Bombing missions are also inflicting heavy damage to enemy airbases, including a number of planes destroyed in the ground. Unfortunately, we are detecting increased enemy AA opposition both in Singapore and the Phillipines, resulting in 3 planes lost to AA and 15 op losses, mostly damaged bombers failing to return. The JAAF pilots are also complining about the lack of firepower of their fighters, noticing it´s almost impossible to shot down a enemy bomber.

-A bad day for Japan, as P-40´s based on Tarakan made a series of agressive sweeps over Brunei shooting down 5 Zeroes with only one loss. Enemy aircraft are attacking Brunei in multiple raids resulting in considerable fatigue to Japanese pilots, however, they still were able to shor down 10 obsolete Dutch aircraft. In Cagayan, a combat between Japanese and Dutch ships ended in a draw (what a shame!!!!). In Legaspi, our Samurais defeated the pathetic colonial troops....again.
