Event Display

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

Event Display

I wonder if a little more clarity could be added to the event message line. Maybe a 'R' or 'G' could be the first thing in each line so we can quickly identify who is taking hits/damage.

Also, in a PBEM game do both players see the same event messages?
Because if they don't then maybe a little more detail could be added for just the owning player.
Maybe instead of just front hull hit, a 'front upper hull' or 'front lower hull' hit for the owner of the tank.
Also, I haven't seen any cupolas being hit or penetrated. These hits may just be labeled as turret hits and the attacker wouldn't care if the turret or the cupola is hit. But this might add a little more interesting color for the owning player.
We don't need no 'flaking armor" or 'peeling paint' messages though.

Nice idea the [R] o [G] tags before each line, I also find quite confusing the message in the event display.
