Allied player wanted

I only have one game going now, because the other ended after 3 days due to technical issues. Now, I'd like to start a game as the japanese. I'm fairly new at working with production, but I think I'm ready to take it on. Most of all I'm looking for someone in the US east coast timezone who can average at least 1 turn a day, but preferrably more (exceptions for holidays and the like, obviously).


Rules I'm looking for:
1.) Non-historic start, but I will limit to 1 port attack, and while I'm not going to go crazy with invasions on turn 1, I will be aggressive. Variable +/- 15 days reinforcements, sub doctrines off, allied dmg control on, PDU's on.
2.) Limit 6 ships per ASW TF.
3.) I will change HQ on any units prior to removal from China/Kwangtung.
