Japanese opponent sought for scenario 15

I am looking for a japanese opponent for scenario 15 (stock). I currently have version 1.8, live in GMT+2 and can do one or more turns per day.

For settings I propose all reality settings on except historical first turn and submarines.

House rules and wether PDU is used to be discussed later in more detail.
