Slow running game opponent wanted

I would like an opponent to play a slow running game 1 - 2 turns a week. I used to have the original TOAW and have just started this again, but am not very good. I have a lot of commitments - work, children, helping to run a rugby team, local politics and also a long running game I am playing -Talonsoft's Bombing the Reich. The latter has been going for over 18 months and we reckon on at least another 5 years!

If you want a background opponent whilst you play others then fine, or if you like me have little time, then fine. I will not pressure you for a game turn so please accept my delays

I like all eras, but at some time would like to do the big ones on the Eastern Front in WWII! It may take a year or two!
