Before we all jump like lemmings

To play this game will require 7 players.

That wont be easy to do.

7 players for 120 turns OR 240 turns depending.

That is a LONG game.

Just puzzled

Certainly. But we can played for three years (five in two games) uin PBEM style. If the gamers are interested and constant, there is no problem. Another problem: everybody must be good gamers, if a newcomer starts with veterans, teh game will not ber funny.

There are many people like this; the question is if you can wait until you find them, because when you start a game, you'll must playing with the same people many months.

The problem is when the people can´t play and exit in the game, you must stop the game and search another people. Sometimes I've thought in play with "teams": two members in a team, one tactic player and a dilomatic player, for instance. If sombody changes, the other player sustain the team until you find the other member.

There's a solitaire option, so there must be an AI.  Now the question is whether the AI can be toggled on during a PBEM game.  That would ameliorate the problem of gamers dropping out.

You will be able to set certain countries as AI at the start and there was certainly discussion of adding more if folks drop during the game.

I guess we will know soon...

"Soon". It's such a relative term, eh? Kinda like "very". [8|]

Not a hope for WiF this year, maybe Q2 next year but I sure hope it does not take the 4 years this one did. I joined the Matrix forums when I first heard EiA was coming out :)
