Distribution of ToS

ok,i had an idea,but i need too know if i can do it or not; i want too put the ToS v1.4 game along with the manuals,and links,etc. on CD's. for FREE distribution,at no cost too anyone.I know alot of people who have the "interest" in ToS,but lack the time,resources, or desire too wait thru a 2 hour Download(yes,i have had two people tell me it would take them 2 hours too DL it!!)Anyway, i need too know if i can legally do this the only one paying any money would be me,as in postage,time and cost of CD's...i need input from the developers,and authors of the manuals...if i can do this,it would be great,if not,no problem,it was just an idea ...any feed back would be appreciated!!

2 hours to download 9 Mbytes?
Its not like TOS is a gigantic download. I think that the problem doesn't lie with the game size but rather their current hardware aka modem or even their ISP.

Aye, the only trouble is that even with download managers, the download's got a nasty habit of conking out.

Took me 5 **** tries to get the game, and that's only because I'm a persistent little bugger.

hey, will those of us who were beta-testers (i.e. the "old forumers") get a discount on the game? or will we have to pay full price just like everyone else?
please say we'll get the discount... *g*
