I'm not sure but I don't think I would put some coastal artillery in 85,82. That looks like the wrong spot. Somebody correct me on this:

Yes, it was supposed to arrive at the port (hex 87,81?)

Well, this is a PBEM game and we're on turn 26 already and I'm guessing it's too late to fix it now. Right?
