It seems that reinforcements set to enter on Event 501 and above do not work. Has anyone else encountered this?

I first encountered it trying to upgrade Campaign for South Vietnam. I'll make up a short test to verify and send it to you today or tomorrow.

Edit: I can't duplicate the bug in a small test scenario so it's got to be something in my events. Time to take a fresh look.
