First Time Poster Question-Man-in-Motion

Okay so I found this game on-line. I think it is very interesting and has potential. I have been through the manual but have one question I can't figure out in the PDS: Offensive Motion. Nothing I do gets the player to go in motion before the snap. I click the Motion radio button. Drag the player I want to go in motion. Click the motion box down below with the player's designation. Any suggestions on what I could be missing?
