PS....evacuate Moulmein and Rangoon. Theres a lot of good stuff there that you will miss early on.
Onime;
That is in work. Transports could start loading in Rangoon tomorrow.
The reason I bring it up is because of that stuff south of Moulmein. If he manages to gt grab hold of you there, escape might be very difficult. Also, Faber bagged me by cutting that crossroads north of Moulmein. I'm still kicking myself for that one.

If you are strong at Sian and Homan, just fall back fighting. Don't forger that some of those cities up the ( northwest of Sian) road are supply producers. At least they are in stock.
The only changes T made to his mod, for the most part, were things like more ships, aircraft and LCUs with some differing starting places and times. His mod documentation made no mention of changing supply production. He did not mention it either. This mod is essentially stock with OOB differences to put more things in the game he was interested in. It is interesting and fun.
For what we are about to receive, may we be truly thankful.

I got the idea from a post of Moses in the War Room, but I currently agree with it. Not getting a handful of replacements will lower your combat efficiency a little, but it eats supply. Not having enough supply on hand can lower your combat efficiency a lot. Once the situation has stabilized some you can re-evaluate it.
Losing Yenen is bad news, but not disastrous. Here's a couple thoughts after looking at your maps:
Move the units to the NE of Yenen to within 60 miles of it. If T advances further towards Kungchang or Sian you could threaten to cut him off.
Consolidate some units at Changsha & then take the hex to the northeast of it. That will provide some security from being surrounded, and Changsha can be a useful base to stage counter-offensives from.
As I just said in another thread, follow my advice at your own risk! [;)] But maybe it will give you some useful food for thought.

Terminus found 3 of my British battleships in Kendari with his smaller carrier TF. See below. I will post damage stats for the ships in Kendari. The damage was minimal. There were P40's on CAP and they did a good job of breaking up the strike. He is going to keep coming. Do I try and run or stay put under whatever CAP I can bring to the hex. I also have about 4 squadrons of Hudsons I could move in and go for a naval strike. Anyone have any opinions?

Ok here is the map. Those carriers can catch me. I could bring in about 25 Hudsons and 15 Banshees and try a naval stike. I can also bring in 9 more P40s plus I have 18 in the pool. Some of those would probably repair and be ready for tomorroes ops.

You could just disband. He wont do much with port strikes, if he tries.
Failing that, I think you could run for Ambonia. At full speed, and at slightly diverging vectors I think you could make it. If you want to be really cold blooded, you could throw a transport TF in his path. That will probably dilute his strike force.
"Mighty is the Thread! Great are its works and insane are its inhabitants!" -Brother Mynok
The trouble with that is that at this juncture, your CAP wont stop him. You can hope to break them up a bit, but after that its between you and the gods you pray to.
Also, in my experience against Faber, the Huds probably wont launch. And if they do, their 250lb bombs stand very little chance to put his flight decks out of order. Great against merchies, but pitiful against warships.
"Mighty is the Thread! Great are its works and insane are its inhabitants!" -Brother Mynok
I think you have more than enough of a lead on him to get away. If I were you I would be thrilled at the prospect of him coming near northern oz with a small carrier force.
I would probably try to take a shot at him with Hudsons, but they probably won't fly unless you have escorts that can make it to the target also. Hudsons wont go up against carrier cap unescorted, usually.
How many carriers does he have? Any idea why the carriers are there? Is it a raid or an invasion. If an invasion you might be able to break up your surface force into multiple small TFs and double back trying to catch the enemy transports. That's a pretty aggresive tactic.
