You might want to check your email archives for "service@digitalriver.com". I still had my sales reciept with the serial.

OK, I got my serial number and the promo code thing worked...but how do I get a CD copy? I don't think I would ever get it downloaded with my standard telephone line connection (56K modem). Your online store did not seem to provide any option but digital download. What did I miss?

CD copies are not available for order until around a week after the digital download release, as a general rule. It just takes that long to get the logistics for the CD copies sorted out. If you want a CD copy, do NOT order a digital download now, wait for the physical versions to appear in the store.

As a side note, you can try using a utility such as www.stardownloader.com to allow you to download even very large files over multiple sessions with a modem.

Thanks for the quick reply. While I hate to wait, that's what I'll do. It's more a matter of tying up my wife's one business line than anything else...so I'll wait for the CD.

If I can reserve copy #1 with a genuine Milo signature, I'll even forego the discount.[:D]
