Killer App: "Drag and Drop" Scenario Editor

Post by barbarossa2 »

Had posted a comment here about AA needing an easier scenario editor to use. However, a later posting, from what I consider to be a more credible source, has made this concern... a non concern, and as such, in my opinion, my concern no longer merits posting here, and I do not want to burden this forum, product, or incredibly hard working development team with false rumors that can grow legs of their own. As such, I have deleted the question which used to appear here myself. Thanks for the answer RayWolfe!

TOAW was a killer app.
It was a killer from day one, i. e. before the scenario base was as it is today.
It was thus, because it was a good program AND because it was old fashioned.
It's scenario editor is a pig.
AA scenario editor is, by contrast, a joy to use.
Is it easy to develop scenarios on either? No because the Art is getting it to play well.

That's enough assertions from me for today [;)]

Wow!!!!! Straight from the horses mouth...I tell you what:

I will try the AA scenario editor. I will force feed it to myself and check this thing out.

I had heard some bad things about it. But until I have it coming out of my nose, I will wait to post more comments on it.
