Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. new ? on turn

At least this is a new ? for me, Some times if I do not move much I get a , " you have some % of your turn.." message and I get to continue, this attack and continue can be a real help... is there anyway to know before hand if you are getting this result..


I just attacked Tula and used hardly any % of my troops movement in Russia, and still "dropped" the turn to my opponenet.. thanks

In the manual, see Section 13.0, and 14.0, through 14.2. Then, after reading those, go to the TOAW Zone over at Xtreme-Gamer , where on the bottom of page four, you'll find Bob Cross' (aka Curtis Lemay) excellent article on multiple rounds.

I missread 14.1 as 20 of all units not of the units that attacked, counterr intuitive in that I could use more units and get a better possibility of a continuatioin, but that is ok... great article by Dr. Bob
