Finally, Finally, after a lot of anguish i finally got it to work. Why the hell isn't there an official patch for this bug??? or at least a note with the download or something to let people be aware that there is a problem. Very bad! Matrix!

Anyway, thanks to sabre for his help. Change 'IntroMusic(found in the Sound file) into IntroMusic.bak then it should work!!

I'm not familiar with this bug or this work-around. If we'd known about it, we would have fixed it. The fact that we haven't encountered it on any of our test systems or received a report on it makes me wonder what the exact cause is - apparently your system could not play the introductory music, for some reason. Renaming the file allows the game to skip it, but why did your system have a problem at all? Can you post a DxDiag file please?
