Game won't open!

I have installed the patches,switched off my ZoneAlarm and Anti virus Programmes, it still doesn't open past the first screen.
I can hear the music playing on the opening screen but am disgusted that a game can still have problems like this after two years.
It appears that it has disappeared into the mists and been forgotten, but it IS still there to be bought and shouldn't be with a problem like this. It needs to be rectifyed

I have never experienced this with any of the other games i have from 'Matrix'

If it isn't/can't be resolved, I think money back is in order to your customers after a attempt to play it. I DO want to play this very much as this era is a favourite of mine.

Please keep this in mind. We wouldn't release a game that required deleting a file in order for it to work. The problem you encountered is specific, for whatever reason, to your system. If we can get a good report on what the cause is and figure it out. we'll have it fixed.
