unloading troops

Post by George Patton »

Why, sometimes, a TF begin to unload troops and then the TF is set to idle and the landing stops?

If you are invading an enemy base and you have TF set to 'DO NOT UNLOAD', they will do 1 phase of unloading and then stop. Had this happen to me recently - it really screwed up the invasion.

That's was clear. But the TF were set to unload. And they passed to Idle mode.

In particular, it's automatic if you disband a convoy in the base. I always check every turn.

No ops left, and being attacked sounds about right.

Transports ceasing to unload during an invasion/assault landing doesn't seem right....just happened to me...CD units firing at TF/landing troops but not particularly effectively this round thankfully.

Really? This explains my doubts. Thanks.
