Unfortunately I can't help with that as the Matrix store is not something I can control. The best suggestion I have is to email support@matrixgames.com or call them directly.

Sorry about this.

Would you mind trying to see if you can access the link at digitalriver, to see if it is a problem with Matrix.

Hi.

I went to the point in the process it asked me to enter my credit card number and everything seemed to be working okay. I'm not sure where it's failing for you though.

I can't even get to the digitalriver site. I guess I will just have to do without this one. Thanks anyway for your help.

Try selecting a different country. When you finalize or order you pick the currency you want to use anyway so I'm not sure if it's a big deal to enter digital river through a different country.

I've set a notice to Matrix as well.

I have tried changing internet options and disableing virus protection still no luck.
If I were to purchase and download from my work comptuer which can access the site, will I be able to put the file on a stick load the game at home???
Or should I even purchase this game now or just wait for R3? Either way I want Max Football.
Thanks

Yep you can use it on a seperate machine just remember to take your serial number with you too [:)]

I think you also need it to sign up in the members section to get the r3 patch.
