Roster/Draft issue

I had a league built. Hit reset. Now the draft option is not available and I have no players on my rosters. What can I do?

You need to start a new season so the game can generate players. Check out page 31 of the manual on 'Starting New Seasons'
 
Also, if you just go into a quick game, the game will generate a simple roster for you that gets wiped away if you go into season play.

Okay, so quick question then... All leagues have to be re-set, as I see David Heath has mentioned in another post.

If I've exported teams out of R2, can I import them into R3? I've created the CFL rosters for each of the 8 active teams, and I'd hate to start from scratch (except for maybe the Hamilton Tiger-Cats... the way they played this year, maybe with them I'd want to start from scratch [:D])
